These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WooOptimize(the “Service”), operated by Freddi Media. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WooOptimize uses AI to help you optimize WooCommerce product listings. The Service is human in the loop: every AI result is a proposal that you review and choose to publish. Nothing is published to your store automatically, and published changes can be rolled back.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
The Service connects to your WooCommerce store and to a third-party AI provider using credentials and API keys you provide. You are responsible for complying with the terms of those services and for any usage costs charged to your own AI provider account. You are responsible for keeping your keys valid and for the content you send for processing.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
You retain all rights to your store content and to the proposals generated for you. You grant us the limited right to process that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it to your store.
AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies and is provided for your review. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or SEO performance of any generated content. You are solely responsible for what you choose to publish to your store.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any unavailability of the Service or of the third-party services it depends on.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
